Nordic-Style roasting Perfected

At Mirra, it is our priority to offer our customers only the most clean, dynamic, and vibrant coffee on the market — and to compensate our supplying farmers equitably for the crucial role they play. By starting with raw green coffee of the highest quality, and roasting it in the Nordic-style, in small batches, we are able to realize this priority.

The intention of Nordic-style roasting, being the lightest roasting style, is to develop the coffee just enough to highlight the unique and nuanced flavors innately present within each coffee — products of its varietal, terroir, and processing — without the intrusion of acerbic, undesirable flavors associated with commonplace darker roasting styles.

We calibrate the roast profile of each of our offerings individually to strike a precise balance of flavor clarity, sweetness, and complex acidity in the cup.
